Trauma-Informed Somatic practitioner
You don’t need fixing. You need to be heard.
I believe the most important part of therapy isn’t a method — it’s the relationship. Listening first, honesty always, and a space where you feel genuinely heard. That’s the foundation.

You’re not broken, and you’re not alone in this.
From there, we make space for whatever’s really going on beneath the surface — even if you can’t yet put words to what that is.
I work mainly with women who are exhausted from keeping everything together — pulled in too many directions, struggling to find any real space for themselves.
That’s often because the understanding lives in your mind, while the pattern lives in your body. Stress and trauma don’t always speak in words — they show up as tension, fatigue, anxiety, a nervous system that never quite stands down.
“My job is to walk alongside you as you get to know yourself — not to tell you who you should be.”
My approach
Trauma-informed. Somatic. Led by you, not a method.
Therapeutic conversation
Becoming more curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, and building a gentler understanding of yourself and your patterns.
Nervous system regulation
The aim isn’t to stay calm all the time. It’s about greater awareness and flexibility, so you have more choice in how you respond.
Movement and dance
For those who want it, movement and dance can become another way to express what’s underneath — an added layer, never a requirement.
Also informed by my training and experience in Mindfulness, Yoga and Breathwork.
What can I help with
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t have to arrive with a diagnosis or a clearly defined problem. We can start with where you are now and explore what you need from there.
I work mainly with women who may be experiencing:
How you feel
- Anxiety, stress or feeling constantly overwhelmed
- Difficulty switching off or slowing down
- Low self-worth or feeling “not good enough”
- Self-criticism and an overactive inner critic
- Feeling disconnected from yourself or your body
How you relate
- People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
- Relationship patterns or attachment difficulties
- The impact of difficult childhood or family experiences
- Trauma and its ongoing effects
Where you are in life
- Feeling stuck, lost or unsure about what you want
- Life transitions and changes in identity
- Wanting more confidence, connection, freedom or joy

About me
The answer wasn’t to keep running. It was to start listening.
For as long as I can remember, I often felt like the odd one out. Becoming a mother gave me a very good reason to keep that part of myself tucked away. Being the glue can make it easy to lose sight of the person underneath it all: who am I? What do I actually want from life?
What is somatic therapy
Understanding yourself through your mind and your body.
Your body can sometimes tell you something before your mind has found the words for it. You don’t have to relive difficult experiences or spend every session talking about the past. We work at a pace that feels manageable.

“There should also be room for curiosity, laughter, playfulness and discovering what makes you feel alive.”

Dance & movement
One of the fastest ways out of your head and into the moment.
Dance meditation merges the physicality of dance with the mindfulness of meditation. Nothing here requires performance or skill. It’s offered gently, in your own time, at your own pace, and entirely without judgement.
My mission
To help you magnify the parts of you that got a little quiet — your instincts, your needs, your playfulness.
Book an insight call
A conversation, not a consultation.
A relaxed conversation about what’s going on for you, what you’d like to change, and whether this feels like the right next step. There’s no pressure and nothing to prepare.
